So I would recommend this restaurant. It can be crowded so be prepared to wait. Fantastic beer, food, and service! I had my first munich schnitzel here, and so far, nowhere else has come close to the taste! I actually visited this place 4 times when I was in Munich and have no regrets. My German colleague also mentioned that he had the best wiener schnitzel in his life. A definite must try, and they have an English menu if you need one. Will be back again! We went to this restaurant on a weekday at 8 pm and the place was busy! Food was good, even though our orders were not followed precisely, we enjoyed what we got. :) Good beer on tap. Good family place with a good local atmosphere! Our local Wirtshaus. Make sure to reserve beforehand because it is pretty popular. Fine service, standard charming Bavarian restaurant interiors. Did enjoy my chestnut potato soup. Kaiserschmarrn was ok but the apple sauce tasted nice and fresh.
