Customers have commended the fast service , delicious food , and cool concept of the establishment. Ordered the crispy chicken classic and both of us weren’t satisfied. Expected way more. The chicken was dry - in fact, there was barley any chicken meat at all. All you could taste was the spice of the sauce. The salad was fine but even the rice couldn’t fix much. Pretty disappointed. Love the food there. It's always freshly cooked, but the waiting time sometimes takes up to 15+ minutes especially if there's a lot of orders. Would 100% recommend though! Really tasty Korean for fast food. Crispy chicken is the best!
